Erik Rabe is PEF’s Director of Human Resources and a 24-year U.S. Navy veteran who retired as an Electronics Technician Master Chief Petty Officer.
He brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience in complex, unionized, and highly regulated workplaces.
At PEF, Erik leads human resources operations with a focus on fair and consistent workplace practices, constructive labor-management relationships, and effective systems that support PEF employees and advance the union’s mission. His experience spans collective bargaining, employee relations, workplace investigations, policy and compliance, onboarding, and workforce technology.
Erik’s leadership approach is grounded in service, clear communication, accountability, sound judgment, and respect for collective bargaining and due process.
