  • 16:00 – 26:00:  PEF’s campaign to clean up toxic work environments and stop workplace bullying
  • 26:00 – 30:00:  Grievance process and recent PEF wins
  • 30:00 – 34:00:  Efforts to secure overtime for OT-ineligible employees
  • 34:00 – 38:30:  HELP (Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement) program administered by NY Dept. of Civil Service
  • 38:30 – 45:30:  Governor’s Executive Budget Proposal
  • 45:30 – 48:30:  Carried-over COVID accruals
