In Memoriam

We will once again honor members of the PEF family who passed away since our last Convention. If you know of a PEF member that should be recognized at this year’s Convention, please send the name, work location, job title and a photo to PEF Communications Coordinator Kristina.Willbrant@pef.org by September 18.

Regional Banners

Region and Division banners will be displayed digitally this year on the monitors in the plenary hall. Physical banners will not be hung. Please do not mail or otherwise deliver any banners to PEF Headquarters.

Regional Meetings

Regional Coordinators will arrange a delegate Convention meeting for their delegates. You will be notified of the time and place once arrangements have been finalized. To attend a delegate meeting in a different region, contact the PEF office in that Region for information.

Resolutions

Resolutions will be posted here on Aug. 28, 2026. Paper copies of the Resolutions will be distributed in your delegate bag at Convention.

Sergeants, Tellers and Timers

Delegate volunteers are needed to be Sergeants, Tellers, and Timers during the Convention! More information about these important roles is available when you register. Delegates will be notified if they have been appointed. If selected, delegates are asked to attend informational meetings on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM and Monday, October 19, 2026, at 7:30 AM.
