On Tuesday evening January 20 at 6:00 p.m., PEF President Wayne Spence is hosting a Telephone Town Hall.
The focus of this Town Hall will be the PS&T Contract. The current Collective Bargaining Agreement for Professional, Scientific, and Technical employees runs through April 1, 2026.
The President and the Contract Team will share what priorities members told them to fight for at the table. In addition, they will outline ways you can show your solidarity throughout the negotiations and let you know when the Contract Team will be visiting your region of the State to provide more information throughout negotiations. They will also clearly communicate to you what parts of the Contract sunset after April 1, and what parts will not expire in between Contracts.
In addition, they will share information about the March 8 rally in Albany to Fix Tier 6, which is a multi-union campaign to further improve the State pension plan. You must sign up to attend the rally. Buses are being coordinated to transport union members to Albany.
