This virtual workshop, from 11 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. May 31, will focus on anxiety. It is a common human phenomenon, but seems to be everywhere these days, as we all strive to live full and satisfying lives.

This experiential workshop will address many different lenses through which we can understand, relate to and work with anxiety in our clients and ourselves, including the latest research from fields such as neuroscience, somatics, and philosophical and spiritual perspectives.

(3 approved Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Creative Arts Therapists, Psychoanalysts, and Psychologist continuing education contact hours)
