PEF has negotiated an extension of the 2.5 Overtime Agreement for employees in specified titles at the three SUNY Hospitals and the SUNY Long Island Veterans’ Home, as well as youth counselors employed by OCFS. The terms are the same as in the previous 2.5 Overtime Agreement, but this one is for the period January 2, 2022, through March 31, 2022. Based on representations from SUNY Central, we expect the three SUNY Hospitals and the SUNY Veterans’ Home to continue to offer the 2.5 overtime rate to all applicable titles for the term of this new agreement. Youth Counselors 1 and 2 at the following OCFS facilities will also receive the increase:

- Finger Lakes Residential Center
- Goshen Secure
- Harriet Tubman Residential Center
- Highland Residential Center
- Industry Residential Center
- MacCormick Secure
- Taberg Residential Center
