Enrollment for the 2021 Productivity Enhancement Program is now open. PEP is pro-rated for this year from July 1, 2021, to the end of the year. October 1 is the last day you may enroll. Here is the form as a fillable PDF that you can fill out and print and bring to your Business Service Center or Agency Health Benefit Administrator.
