Last week, the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) released Payroll Bulletin 2016 providing information about payment of the April 2022 contractual Performance Advances (Increments). Complete details regarding eligibility for these payments can be found in the bulletin.

The effective dates for these base salary changes are as follows:
Institution Payroll (effective 4/7/2022 in paycheck dated 5/5/2022)
Administrative Payroll (effective 3/31/2022 in paycheck dated 4/27/22)

Across-the-Board 2% Salary Increase
OSC also released Payroll Bulletin 2019 directing payment of the negotiated April 2022 2% raise. Complete details can be found in the bulletin.

The effective dates for the 2% salary increase are as follows:
Administrative Payroll (effective 3/31/2022 in paycheck dated 04/27/2022)
Institution Payroll (effective 4/7/2022 in paycheck dated 5/5/2022)

Performance Awards (Longevity Lump-Sum Payments)
In accordance with the terms of the 2019-2023 PEF/State Agreement, the five-year performance award payment was increased from $1,250 to $1,500, the 10-year payment was increased from $2,500 to $3,000, and a new 15-year payment of $4,500 was added.

Payment of the April 2022 Performance Awards (Lump Sum Longevity Payments) will be as follows:
Institution Payroll (checks dated 4/21/2022)
Administrative Payroll (checks dated 4/27/2022)

Please note that the April 2022 longevity payment is in addition to any retroactive longevity payments received in February 2022 for 2019, 2020 and/or 2021.
