Kathy Hochul for her efforts to balance all of the promise of artificial intelligence with the understanding that rank and file public employees deliver the actual services that New Yorkers need and expect. We hope this new law will bring transparency and we believe it represents a rational and thoughtful approach to managing the state workforce given the emerging development and usage of artificial intelligence.
