(<em>Please note: Delegate Elections have now concluded, but the last section of the rules about submitting resolutions for Convention consideration, still applies, and is copied below<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><strong>The deadline for submitting resolutions for presentation to the 2026 PEF Convention is Friday, June 26, 2026, by 11:59:59 p.m. via email, or if mailed \u2014 postmarked by June 26, 2026, AND received by, July 3, 2026.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nPer Convention policy: \u201cNo resolution received by PEF will be printed for the consideration of the delegates if it lacks a fiscal impact statement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Please send 2026 RESOLUTIONS, typewritten, and in the established format to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">NYS Public Employees Federation<br \/>\nc\/o the Secretary-Treasurer\u2019s Office<br \/>\nP.O. Box 12414<br \/>\nAlbany, NY 12212-2414<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Alternatively, you may submit resolutions electronically, as a Microsoft Word document and drafted in the established format, by e-mailing them to the Executive Assistant of the PEF Secretary-Treasurer, <a href=\"mailto:Janay.Anderson@pef.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Janay.Anderson@pef.org<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/pef_files\/docs\/convention\/2026\/Resolution-Writing.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here for slides from a training workshop about how to write Convention resolutions<\/a>.
