{"id":6806,"date":"2023-01-30T16:12:53","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T21:12:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/?page_id=6806"},"modified":"2023-01-30T16:12:53","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T21:12:53","slug":"fair","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/fair\/","title":{"rendered":"Health &amp; Wellness Fair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6808 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Fair-Logo.jpg\" alt=\"Community Wellness Fair Logo\" width=\"350\" height=\"264\" \/>PEF is seeking community partners to participate in our upcoming Health &amp; Wellness Fair.\u00a0 The goal of the event is to <strong><em>connect<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>service<\/em><\/strong> our local communities, and to provide <strong><em>awareness<\/em><\/strong> of the public services that are available to assist them in their daily lives.\u00a0 The Health &amp; Wellness Fair takes place:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 9 AM\u20133 PM<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Washington Avenue Armory<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>195 Washington Ave., Albany, N.Y. 12210<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event is free and open to the public.\u00a0 We expect individuals from every facet of the community\u2014individuals who are anxious to learn what is offered in the Capital District and who to turn to for their short- and long-term health and wellness needs.<\/p>\n<p>The day\u2019s activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Vendor tables<\/li>\n<li>Four 45-minute informational workshops\u2013available on a first come, first serve basis and at no cost<\/li>\n<li>Entertainment throughout the day (to take place on the main stage) \u2013 sponsorship opportunities are available<\/li>\n<li>A low-cost concession stand that will be open to the public<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re interested in showcasing your resources and programs, please get in touch!\u00a0 We are asking for a nominal fee of $50 to help us cover the cost of your table set up.\u00a0 Exhibitors will be provided one table and two chairs.\u00a0 There will be limited electrical and internet access. You will be allowed two (2) representatives to attend at no additional cost. Your agency\/company will be listed in our Health &amp; Wellness program, and you will have access to hundreds of local community members hungry for information on how to best ensure the well-being of themselves and their families.<\/p>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to donate a door prize, however big or small, to be entered into a raffle.\u00a0 Please provide any educational information (i.e., flyers, brochures, free samples, and even items for purchase) on your products and services that you feel would be of value.<\/p>\n<p>We expect to accommodate at least 50 exhibitors\/vendors, and we hope your agency\/company will be one of them.\u00a0 Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.\u00a0 Just click the Reservation button below to download a fillable PDF that you can email or mail back to us!\u00a0 Once we receive your reservation form, you will receive information and instructions on how to pay for your table and additional details about the day\u2019s event such as set-up and breakdown time, parking, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your commitment to, and support of our local community.
