Joining together in unions not only leads to better lives for you and your co-workers, but helps build a better America, now and for future generations.<\/p>\n<p>PEF has not increased its dues in decades.\u00a0 The current payroll deduction amounts to less than 1% of an employees&#8217; salary. You will receive a second email once your membership is active and you become a dues-paying member. It can take up to 4-6 weeks for dues to be deducted. Please monitor your pay stub.
