It also establishes a new PEF Employee Benefit Fund to administer a new dental plan, something PEF has fought for since 2015 and that brings us in line with CSEA and UUP.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/pef_files\/docs\/contract\/2026-31\/Tentative-Agreement.pdf\">2026-2031 PS&amp;T Tentative Agreement<\/a> (PDF marked up with additions\/deletions from the 2023-2026 Contract &#8212; the Tentative Agreement begins with Article 1 on page 13)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/pef_files\/docs\/contract\/2026-31\/Highlights-2026-2031.pdf\">Highlights of the PS&amp;T 2026-2031 Tentative Agreement<\/a> (PDF)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/pef_files\/docs\/contract\/2026-31\/Gains-Tradeoffs-2026-2031.pdf\">Gains &amp; Tradeoffs in the PS&amp;T 2026-2031 Tentative Agreement<\/a> (PDF)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/contract\/contract-meetings\/\"><strong>Click here to RSVP for Contract Meetings being held across the State<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>The timetable for the ratification vote is as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div>1. Ballots will be mailed to PEF members in the State\u2019s PS&amp;T unit by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on July 8, 2026. Only State or Roswell Park employees in the PS&amp;T Unit who were dues-paying PEF members as of June 17, 2026, are eligible to vote.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>2. Ballots must be received by AAA on or before 5 p.m. on July 30, 2026. Received means in hand, not just mailed or postmarked by July 30, 2026.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>3. A double-envelope system will be used for balloting as required by AAA to ensure secrecy. PEF will follow all procedures required or recommended by AAA for balloting.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>4. Any PEF member in the PS&amp;T unit who has not received a ballot by July 15, 2026, should call the AAA hotline at (800) 529-5218 or email Sacha Ulerio (AAA) at <a class=\"ms-outlook-linkify\" href=\"mailto:ulerios@adr.org\">ulerios@adr.org<\/a> to request a ballot or replacement ballot.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>5.
