Please submit your request for the REGIONAL BUS THROUGH THE SWOOGO REGISTRATION LINK AND SUBMIT THE $25.00 DEPOSIT TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT. PEF will not reimburse you for travel arrangements made on your own.<\/li>\n<li><b>Rental car reservations must be approved by PEF Secretary Treasurer Joe Donahue.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Do NOT travel if you are exposed to COVID-19, you are sick, you test positive for COVID-19, or you are waiting for results of a COVID-19 test. Learn when it is safe for you to travel. Do not travel with someone who is sick.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>REGIONAL BUS RESERVATIONS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">A $25 deposit is required to reserve your seat on the regional bus<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">All bus travel must be made through <a href=\"mailto:Convention@pef.org\"><span class=\"s1\">Convention@pef.org<\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Any trip made on your own will not be reimbursed by PEF.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">The deadline to register for a regional bus trip is <strong>Thursday, September 4, 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Payments must be made via the Swoogo platform when registering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>SHUTTLES <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li11\">An ADA-compliant shuttle, equipped with a lift and lock for wheelchair and scooter access, will be available during all scheduled shuttle times, approximately every 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">All shuttles will be clearly marked with a \u201cPEF\u201d sign in the window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following is a tentative shuttle schedule:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12914\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-31-at-1.03.01-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"745\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-31-at-1.03.01-PM.png 1558w, https:\/\/www.pef.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-31-at-1.03.01-PM-300x59.png 300w, https:\/\/www.pef.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-31-at-1.03.01-PM-1024x200.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.pef.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-31-at-1.03.01-PM-768x150.png 768w, https:\/\/www.pef.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-31-at-1.03.01-PM-1536x300.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 745px) 100vw, 745px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>PERSONAL VEHICLES <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><b>Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicles <\/b>is half of the federal mileage rate (using your personal vehicle).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">If you transport one or more additional delegates, reimbursement is the full federal mileage rate at the time of the Convention.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Tolls are paid in full based on travel from delegate\u2019s home. Receipts are required.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Passenger names must be provided on your voucher for full mileage reimbursement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><b>TRAVEL CONFIRMATIONS <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>*PEF will email confirmations with updated itineraries two weeks prior to Convention. <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>DEPARTURE DAY \u2013 CHECK OUT AND LUGGAGE STORAGE <\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\"><b>***DELEGATES ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK OUT OF THEIR HOTELS BEFORE THE PLENARY SESSION STARTS ON WEDNESDAY, OCT. 22, 2025. <\/b>Any late check-out fees will be the responsibility of the delegate.***<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Luggage storage is provided at the Convention center. A colored luggage tag will be handed out on Tuesday for placement on your luggage to ensure proper storage on the last day of Convention. PEF staff will be available to direct delegates and provide directions regarding this process for holding your luggage on the last day of Convention. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR BAGS.
