While we wait for healthier times to resume in-person meetings, please remember that your officers and staff are still working and providing support to you, our retirees. We do not know how long it will be before we can once again hold in-person meetings to bring you information and share thoughts. Virtual meetings and email are the way most organizations are reaching out and communicating today.
It is our belief that the health of our members comes first and foremost. We do not want to put any of our members at undue risk for any health problems and our age group is the prime target for this virus that could prove fatal for older people and individuals with underlying conditions or immune deficiencies.
We are continuing to act out of an abundance of caution this year and have decided that it is the best decision to postpone any in-person meetings until such times and conditions improve.
