Please join the Capital District Area Labor Federation, fellow PEF members and labor union members from across the Capital District at a spectacular motivational and educational opportunity coming up on Dr. King’s Birthday, Monday January 20th.

The event is a showing of a fantastic new documentary called “We Cried Power” about the legacy of Dr. King’s Poor People’s Campaign and how that has informed and inspired a new Poor People’s Campaign, as well as a continuing campaign to raise the wages of millions of workers to at least $15 an hour. The Fight for $15 and a union, is one way for us to carry on Dr. King’s work for racial, social and economic justice!

Please come to the event, bring your children, and learn more about the great work being done to realize Dr. King’s dream!
