SUMMARY:Virtual Occupational Stress Training
DESCRIPTION:ITS PEF Members: \nOn behalf of the PEF/ITS Statewide Health & Safety Committee\, we are organizing a virtual “Overview of Occupational Stress Impacts and Interventions” on October 7\, 2024. In this training\, attendees will learn to assess their workplaces for occupational stress risk factors\, the symptoms associated with these risks\, and their long-term effects. We will also discuss recommended interventions that could help reduce stress and ultimately job strain. \n\n\n\nITS management has allowed participants to use their work hours with prior permission from their supervisor. If you would like to attend this training\, please contact your supervisor for permission. \nDate: Monday\, October 7\, 2024 \nTime: 12:00 – 1:30 PM \n\n\nWhen you have supervisory approval\, you may register here by October 1.
