PEF Relief Fund
The PEF Relief Fund was established in 2012 in the wake of Hurricane Sandy to help raise money to support PEF members impacted by that storm. We activated it again during the first COVID surge, collecting donations to help PEF nurses who worked on COVID wards and needed to stay in hotels rather than bring the virus home to their families. The fund is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity with the IRS, authorized in its Articles of Association to “provide funds to PEF members who are in need of assistance, financial or otherwise, because of the occurrence of a natural or manmade disaster.”
If you would like to donate to help your PEF brothers and sisters in need now or in the future, please visit the below PayPal link.
Contributions to the fund are deductible under Section 170 of the IRS Code.
