Attention PEF Members: Many of you have been telling us about assignments you’ve received from your supervisor, that in your professional opinion, are unsafe.
To ensure the administration is aware of such assignments, we’ve developed a Protest of Assignment (POA) form for you to submit which will outline your concerns. Once submitted, this form is 100% auditable and encrypted end to end. This new form has the added ability to attach photos, video, or audio with the application submission.
When given an assignment that you believe is unsafe, immediately verbally notify your supervisor of the the protest, then complete this POA form (during a break or after your shift), but without interrupting your work or interfering with patient care.
