The Anxiety, Depression, and the Road to Wellness virtual training, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. October 26, will focus specifically on the treatment of anxiety and depression from assessment to treatment’s end. Although there are numerous risk factors associated with anxiety and depression, the current national climate has contributed to the onset of each. Socio-political unrest, financial struggles, social isolation, and acts of violence and aggression are just some of the many factors taxing one’s health and wellness.

Participants will explore dynamics, therapeutic strategies, and effective coping and stress management skills via large and small group activities, case scenarios, and treatment planning.

Register here by October 18.
