The four-session Fundamentals of Business Analysis for Engineering Professional workshop will be held virtually from 1 to 4 p.m. March 7, 8, 14, and 15, and will cover the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract expertise from business users required for engineering projects.
Topics include the role of business analysis and structured ways to define success, following change requests/projects through the entire SDLC, defining scope for new engineering projects, writing business cases, and providing results.
