Training courses, grants, reimbursement for workshops and licensure exam fees are funded under Article 15 of the PS&T contract. The PEF/State Joint Professional Development Committee (PDC) works together to assess the professional development and training needs of PEF members and establishes training that improves the skills and knowledge needed for job performance.
