PS&T CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE No. 26
TABLE TALK
Negotiations for a successor PS&T contract continue to move forward. Since the last report, PEF and negotiators from the Governor's Office of Employee Relations discussed concerns of PEF members at the Schools for the Deaf and Blind and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. In addition, negotiators had positive discussions surrounding a new compensation time bank program for overtime eligible employees, as well as possible changes to PEF's current labor management article. Other matters being discussed include Special Assignment to Duty (SAD) pay, hazardous duty, Article 16, uniform allowances, disciplinary procedures, inconvenience and stand-by/on-call.

Away from the table we continue to build on our good relations with several of the other unions currently in negotiations with GOER.
