PEF ID consists of the first letter of your first name,
first four letters of your last name and the last four digits of your SSN.
Example - William Smith SSN-123-45-6789 PEF ID = WSMIT6789.

Do not use apostrophes in your PEF ID Number.
If your last name is shorter than 4 letters, just use your full last name and do NOT leave any spaces.
