Dear Mr. Brynien:
The parties to the 2007-2011 State/PEF Agreement
recognize that a number of grievances have been filed pursuant to Article 12 in
connection with the issue of Supervisors’ rights as they relate to verification
of employee attendance. In the interest
of reaching common understanding on this subject, the parties hereby agree to
meet during the term of their 2007-2011 Sate/PEF Agreement to review their
concerns in this area.
