EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM/WORK-LIFE SERVICES

 

10.1 In recognition of the mutual advantage to the employees and the employer inherent in an Employee Assistance Program, the State shall prepare, secure introduction and recommend passage by the Legislature of such legislation as may be appropriate and necessary to obtain appropriations of $350,556 for Fiscal Year 2003-2004, $350,556 for Fiscal Year 2004-2005, $350,556 for Fiscal Year 2005-2006 and $350,556 for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 to achieve the goals of the Employee Assistance Program.

10.2 A joint labor/management advisory body, which recognizes the need for combined representation of all employee negotiating units and the State will monitor and evaluate the Employee Assistance Program and other work-life services.
