Division 179 Members of the Office of Fire Prevention and Control braved the elements in Western New York instructing a week long ice rescue program at Gallagher State Park and on the Erie Canal with members of the City of Buffalo and Tonawanda Fire Department. This training was key to honing the skills of these dedicated first responders.
