PEF files petition to change more titles to the PS&T unit

PEF recently filed its 2010 Open Petition to change the bargaining unit designations from nearly 2,000 managerial confidential positions to the PS&T unit. Under the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB) rules, employees who are in a position that has been challenged will be notified of PEF’s efforts.

The next step is evaluation of the petitions by the Governor’s Office of Employee Relations. PEF will update members on the progress of these petitions as the information becomes available.
