Sign-up to participate in cancer study

PEF is fighting back against cancer along with members from the Civil Service Employees Association at a two-day enrollment event Tuesday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 3, at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany. You can enroll between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The study will help researchers find causes and cures for cancer. Participation involves filling out a short survey on the day of enrollment, and providing a small blood sample. Participants will later receive a survey sent to their homes every two to three years.

Participants must be between the ages of 30 and 65 years old, and have never been diagnosed with cancer. For more information, visit www.cps3albany.org.
