Use It or Lose It!

If you participated in the NYS Flex Spending Account Program in 2003 and still have a balance in your Health Care Spending Account or Dependent Care Advantage Account, it's not too late to get your money. The deadline to submit claims for the 2003 Plan Year is March 31, 2004, and all claims must be postmarked or faxed by that date. Reimbursement request forms are available at www.flexspend.state.ny.us.

Remember the 2003 claims deadline is March 31, 2004.
