Achieve Solutions Web Site

Value Options, the Empire Plan managed mental health and substance abuse program, has a free web site with information about behavioral health issues. In order to use the Achieve Solutions web site the employee/dependent must be enrolled in the Empire Plan. However, employee names are not associated with either the username or password. In addition, all page names are encoded so that the content a user has viewed is not revealed to anyone else using the same computer.

To reach the Achieve Solutions site, go to the NYS Dept. of Civil Service Employee Benefits Division web site at http://www.cs.state.ny.us/ebd/, then choose the link for Empire Plan Providers, Pharmacies and Services in the middle column (note: you'll need to select PEF from the list that appears). On the next page scroll down to the link for Achieve Solutions.

It is organized into eight modules: Child Care & Parenting, Depression & Anxiety, Drugs & Alcohol, Elder Care & Aging, Events & Transitions, Health & Wellness, Legal & Financial, and Work & Personal Growth.
