GHI Dental Customer Service 1-800-947-0101 The GHI Preferred Reimbursement Schedule for Non-Participating Dentists is here. To find a participating dentist go to www.ghi.com. Click on “Find a Doctor”, enter your GHI identification number, and search for a par dentist by location or name.
For additional information go to the Civil Service web site (www.cs.state.ny.us).
Click on Benefit Programs, then NYSHIP Online, Other Benefits, then
Dental. You can review benefits, check the
non-participating provider reimbursement schedule, and download a claim
form from the Civil Service site. There is also a link to the GHI
web site, which allows you to to
review claims submitted.
