PEF members are presently serving in our military and many are in
harm's way. Let's not forget them, not only in our thoughts and prayers, but also in
letters and e-mails. Keep them up to speed on what is happening in their respective
workplaces, including "scuttlebutt." Let them feel connected and know they will
soon be back. Let's not forget our own.

Another thought is that, if a PEF member who has served in our military passes
away, notify a local veterans' group and/or county vet office. They can then offer the
family at the least a flag to recognize their sacrifice to our country. Let's not forget our own.
