Commission on Quality of Care and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities
The enacted budget made no changes to the State Operations portion of the Executive Budget (analysis as of March 30, 2006).
The Executive Budget recommends (analysis as of January 25, 2005):
- A year-end workforce of 105 FTEs, unchanged from SFY2005-06. This reflects a reduction of 2 FTEs in the Administration Program offset by 2 new FTEs in the Technology Related Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities Program.
- Reductions in all Special Revenue Federal appropriations for all programs (totaling $862,000) which are offset by increases in the Federal Department of Education appropriation in the Protection and Advocacy Assistive Technology Program (increasing $150,000) and the Technology Related Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities Program appropriation (new funding of $1.1 million).
