Much of the responsibility for carrying out PEF’s directive to make our members the top priority falls to the Labor Relations Department which includes the Contract Administration Department, Field Services, the Legal Department, the Health and Safety Department, and the Civil Service Enforcement/Research Department.

Following is an update on the work completed by each of these five departments during the past year.
