2012 NYS Budget Action Center

We are facing a budget that will devolve and privatize services.  It will cut funding for services that New York's most vulnerable citizens rely on.  It will make the state workforce more vulnerable to political patronage making who you know more important than what you know, and if unchanged make it virtually certain that new employees will retire with a lower pension benefit than current employees.
